My name is Brooke Charpentier, and I am the director and owner of Infused Dance. Our company blends dance and fitness to help people of all ages discover their love for dance while focusing on their health and fitness. Welcome to the Dance side of Infused.

At Infused Dance, we are passionate about dance, particularly ballet, and bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our students. Our top priority is to instil a love of dance while introducing foundational skills, developing strong technique, and enhancing performance quality. Students explore a range of dance, drama, and musicality elements in a positive and supportive environment. We offer a variety of classes to ensure all students can experience different genres.

My expertise in dance has given me a deep understanding of the human body and the exercises needed for elite performance. This is why I have completed Certificates III and IV in Fitness, enabling me to help people achieve their fitness goals through personal training or group sessions, integrating my dance background into fitness exercises. I use a variety of exercises to focus on good form, ensuring the best results in strength and overall fitness. Whether your goal is aerobic fitness, strength/endurance training, weight loss, or weight gain, we offer group and personalised sessions to meet your needs.
